For some crazy reason we have decided to embark on a new adventure, we have decided to build a house. We have been considering it for some time (after being bewitched by show homes) but only started looking at land recently.
We lost out on the first two plots of land we were interested in but then found a plot that came up for sale by chance - not much to look at yet (just a field with some diggers on) bu we feel it will be the perfect place for us to build our new home. Well that it for now, we are off to sign contracts tomorrow!!

Not sure if you are thinking of a "spec" home, but if not and are going to do a design and contract and you want the contact for an excellent builder, a detailed build plan that you could use as a template, or any help at all, just give us a ring.
